Substance Use Recovery & Harm Reduction Program: Harm Reduction Restoration Pathways.

Harm Reduction Restoration Pathways is a culturally responsive, trauma-informed recovery initiative designed to support individuals impacted by substance use through compassionate care, stabilization, and long-term healing. The program integrates harm reduction principles with clinical, somatic, and community-based supports to meet participants where they are in their recovery journey—without judgment, coercion, or stigma.

Grounded in the understanding that substance use is often connected to unresolved trauma, chronic stress, and systemic inequities, this program prioritizes nervous system healing, emotional regulation, and relational safety as core components of sustainable recovery. Services are designed to promote dignity, autonomy, and empowerment while reducing barriers to care.

Relational Wellness & Neurodiversity Support.

The Relational Wellness & Neurodiversity Support Initiative is a sensory-informed, trauma-responsive, and strengths-based program designed to support autistic individuals, neurodiverse children, adults, families, and caregivers. This initiative centers dignity, autonomy, and neurodiversity-affirming care while addressing systemic gaps in accessible, culturally responsive, and holistic mental health and wellness services.

Grounded in a biopsychosocial and somatic framework, the program integrates nervous system regulation, relational skill-building, and community-based wellness practices to enhance emotional safety, communication, and social connection. Services are designed to reduce barriers to care and promote long-term stability, resilience, and improved quality of life for neurodiverse individuals and their support systems.

Sacred Heart Healing Initiative: Survivors of Domestic Violence & Interpersonal Harm

A trauma-informed, culturally rooted healing program supporting survivors of domestic violence, coercion, emotional abuse, relational harm, and intergenerational trauma. This initiative centers safety, nervous system restoration, and the reclamation of self-worth, voice, and embodied sovereignty.

Grounded in the restoration of the whole self to the fragmented self through trauma-informed, culturally rooted, and somatically integrated healing practices. It recognizes healing as a return to connection within the body, the nervous system, relationships, and community centered on love as a baseline condition of safety and belonging. This program is inclusive of all genders and affirms that recovery from interpersonal harm is a collective, relational process of rebuilding trust, dignity, and embodied wholeness.

Veteran Harm Reduction & Ceremonial Integration Model
$0.00

This 12-week Veteran Harm Reduction & Ceremonial Integration Group is a structured, trauma-informed healing program designed to support veterans navigating PTSD, moral injury, substance use challenges, and reintegration stress.

Grounded in evidence-based clinical care and somatic practices, the group combines EMDR-informed stabilization, Somatic Experiencing, nervous system regulation skills, and peer support with culturally rooted ceremonial practices such as cacao-based ritual, reflective storytelling, and guided integration circles.

Participants are supported in developing emotional regulation, rebuilding trust and connection, and restoring a sense of meaning and identity after service. The program emphasizes safety, harm reduction education, and community belonging, helping veterans move from survival states toward grounded regulation, relational healing, and long-term recovery and reintegration.

Domestic Violence Survivors Wellness Circles
$0.00

The Domestic Violence Survivors Wellness Circles is a 12-week, trauma-informed healing program for survivors of domestic violence, coercive control, and relational trauma that integrates evidence-based clinical approaches (DBT and TF-CBT) with somatic, relational, and culturally responsive healing practices.

Each weekly group session supports participants in developing emotional regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and trauma stabilization skills while also addressing the nervous system impacts of abuse through grounding, breathwork, and body-based awareness. The program includes womb-centered restorative healing workshops focused on embodied reconnection and the restoration of bodily safety, along with assertive communication and boundary-setting training to rebuild voice, relational agency, and interpersonal confidence. Jungian archetypal and narrative integration work supports deeper identity reconstruction and meaning-making after trauma.

Over the 12-week cycle, participants are guided from survival-based coping toward increased emotional stability, embodied safety, relational empowerment, and a more integrated sense of self.

Neurodiverse Relationship Success & Safety Skills Group
$0.00

This 12-week program is a structured, supportive learning and healing space designed for autistic and neurodivergent individuals to build confidence, safety, and clarity in relationships.

Each week focuses on practical, real-life skills such as communication, understanding emotions, recognizing boundaries, consent education, friendship and dating dynamics, and navigating social situations in ways that honor neurodivergent ways of thinking and experiencing the world.

The program combines psychoeducation, guided discussion, somatic and grounding practices, and interactive skill-building exercises to support both learning and embodiment. Participants are supported in a consistent group setting that encourages connection, reduces isolation, and allows for repetition and practice over time. The goal of the 12 weeks is to strengthen relational understanding, increase self-trust, and support participants in building healthier, more authentic connections in their everyday lives.
